Shane Dwyer studied Law and German at Trinity College Dublin and the Georg August University, Goettingen, Germany, graduating 1999. He Completed an LL.M at the Raoul Wallenburg Institute of Human Rights, University if Lund, Sweden in January 2001. He worked as the Senior Judicial Research Assistant in the Four Courts before commencing work at the Tribunal in May 2002.
