The Tribunal is located in Belfield Office Park on Beaver Row, Clonskeagh. 

The Tribunal is by law required to be held in public. The Tribunal sits at 10.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday each week, with a break for lunch. The Tribunal will occasionally not sit on a particulaer day for administrative reasons. Notice of same will be posted in advance on the Noticeboard of the Tribunal website. Some small sections of evidence may be held in private. This is expected to happen only rarely. All updates and information appears on the Tribunal Notice Board on this site.

There are over 100 seats for members of the public who wish to attend. In addition, coffee and snacks are available in the foyer. Berman and Wallace, restaurant is located towards the back of the office complex in which the Tribunal is located. Lunch and breakfast are provided. Members of the public who wish to attend can purchase these refreshments.

The press are catered for by a dedicated press room with live link by sound and picture.

All telephone calls to the Tribunal offices may in future be recorded for training and verification purposes.

Approaching from the city centre via Donnybrook

Please note that there is no right turn onto either Eglington Road or Beaver Row. If you are on this road, you must take one of the following alternative routes :-

1. Stay in the left hand lane on the Donnybrook road, and turn left at Donnybrook Church. Drive around the island and cross the Stillorgan dual carriageway onto Beaver Row;


2. If you have missed this turn, simply drive through the Beaver Row/Stillorgan junction and  do a legal U turn at the next right hand exit. Drive down the carriage way towards the city centre and take the next left onto Beaver Row.

The entrance to Belfield Office Park is located at the second set of traffic lights along Beaver Row.

Approaching from the city centre via Ranelagh

Turn left after the Statoil Garage. Take the first right at the traffic lights into Belfield Office Park.

Approaching from the M50

Leave the M50 at Exit 13 (Sandyford Exit). Continue straight on this road, (do not turn right into the Sandyford Industrial Estate). You will pass the Goat Pub on your left, and the Clonskeagh entrance into UCD Belfield on your right. There is an Allied Irish Bank on the corner of the UCD junction. Continue through the traffic lights at this junction, along the Clonskeagh Road, and drive through two sets of Pedestrian lights. Turn right onto Beaver Row at the next traffic lights and take an immediate right into Belfield Office Park.

Public Transport

The Tribunal can be accessed by bus however there is no bus service on Beaver Row/Beechill Road.

Number 46A:
By far the most popular bus from the city centre to Belfield Office Park is the 46A. This bus runs approximately every 6 minutes from the city centre via Leeson Street  and Donnybrook and is on a Quality Bus Route. Take the bus from Fleet Street in the city centre to Donnybrook Church. Cross the Stillorgan Dual Carriageway and turn left onto Beaver Row. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the Tribunal building in Belfield Office Park.

Number 10:
The number 10 bus also goes from the North Circular Road via the city centre but is not as frequent as the 46A, and due to it’s route through Ballsbridge and Donnybrook it takes longer. Take the bus from O’Connell Street to Donnybrook Church. Cross the Stillorgan Dual Carriageway and turn left onto Beaver Row. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the Tribunal building in Belfield Office Park.

Numbers 11, 11A and 11B:
The number 1, 11 A and 11 B  also go from the city centre via Ranelagh and up Clonskeagh road. Take the bus from O’Connell street, get out at O’Sheas public house and turn left onto Beechill Road. It takes approximately 7 minutes to walk to the Tribunal building in Belfield Office Park.

Exact fares are required on all bus routes, so it is useful to have single euro and 5, 10 and 20 cent coins when boarding.

Bus routes with an X usually denotes a minimum fare of €1.65c.
